Rachel Anderson-Ridenour
Rachel Anderson-Ridenour swam for the LRR Stingrays and Mason Makos while growing up, and competed at The College of William & Mary from 2014-2018. Her favorite strokes/events were the 200 fly and the 400 IM. Rachel grew up coaching for the LRR Stingrays, before transitioning to a head coach position at Lake Braddock Lakers for four years. Rachel has been a coach at SWB for many years, and has worked with swimmers ranging from beginners learning to swim to year-round competitive athletes. Currently, she is one of Beth's right hands you will often receive email communication from her, or see her on the pool deck making sure that lanes are operating appropriately, helping to train staff, or leading lanes. Her favorite part of coaching is seeing swimmers develop their love and confidence for the sport. Rachel's fun fact is that she competed at least once in all swim events (including the mile!) by the time she was 11 years old.
