Program Information
Swim with Beth is a non-competitive, developmental program designed to help young swimmers build confidence in the water and develop their skills. SWB uses a mix of in-water instruction (Sat/Sun) and/or underwater headsets (Tues/Fri) to provide real-time stroke correction feedback.
Classes are offered on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Lane assignments are broken down based on age and skill level - see the next tab "Which Lane Does My Swimmer Belong In?" to know what days/groups your swimmer may qualify for.
Tuesdays and Fridays require a year-round commitment (September-April), whereas Saturdays and Sundays are seasonal commitments (Fall, Winter, Spring). The program is divided into four primary sessions: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.
